What services does your clinic provide?

We provide professional nursing services delivered exclusively by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs). Our services focus on skilled clinical care, including nursing assessments, wound care, medication administration, injections, post-hospital discharge support, chronic disease management, and other medically required nursing interventions provided in the home or community.

All care providers are licensed nurses (RNs or RPNs) registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Nurses are selected based on clinical competence, experience, and professionalism. Ongoing training, policy reviews, and clinical updates ensure continued compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

We look for nurses who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, reliability, empathy, and clear communication. Our nurses are expected to provide safe, respectful, and patient-centred care while working independently in home-care environments.

Nurse performance is monitored through clinical supervision, documentation audits, client feedback, and adherence to care plans and internal policies. Any performance concerns are addressed promptly through coaching, additional training, or corrective action to maintain high standards of care.

Quality is ensured through individualized care planning, standardized clinical protocols, proper documentation, and ongoing oversight by senior nursing leadership. We follow structured escalation and incident reporting processes to promote patient safety and continuous improvement.

Care assignments are based on the client’s medical complexity, stability, and required clinical interventions. More complex or unstable conditions are managed by Registered Nurses, while stable and predictable care may be provided by Registered Practical Nurses, with RN oversight when required.

Yes. All nurses are fully licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and carry professional liability insurance in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Yes. We provide both short-term nursing services (such as post-surgical care or temporary treatments) and ongoing nursing support for clients with chronic or long-term healthcare needs.

In many cases, clients may self-refer for nursing services. However, certain treatments may require a physician’s order. Our team will guide clients through any documentation or referrals needed during intake.

Service start times depend on clinical urgency, nurse availability, and completion of intake and assessment. Urgent care needs are prioritized whenever possible.
